For our office in London we are looking for a

[ Customer Relationship Manager UK ]

to join our team of professionals.

THE POSITION


  • The position will be closely conntected to sales and client service and involve assisting the Key Account Managers presenting the system as well as supporting test customers.  
  • You will be in a close connection to our customers, maintaining the good relations to them and manage customer response and requests. 
  • You will link between our UK sales team and our technical Client-Service-Support in Dreieich near Frankfurt.  
  • You will manage customer-projects and keep them on track together with our Project Management in Dreieich.  
  • You will work from our office in London and with customers in UK and Ireland - but see them on a regular base at their site

YOUR PROFILE


  • Experience in sales and customer-relationship-management.
  • Experience in IT- and / or online-media industries .
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Willingness to work with set goals.
  • Responsible working-manner.
